Sparks Engineering, LLC has been involved with central plant upgrades, facility modernizations, complete plumbing upgrades for all types of buildings, and has assisted planning groups with feasibility studies of mechanical/plumbing systems.

Commercial projects previously designed include supermarkets, restaurants, retail (shopping centers, common malls), assisted living complexes, multi-use, high-rise multi-family, professional office complexes, and medical & dental offices and facilities.

We have been involved in the design of heavy and light industrial facilities including warehouses, machine shops, industrial offices, special process manufacturing facilities serving the mining/manufacturing industries, computer room cooling/conditioning system design, facilities used for air traffic control, and many more unique types.

We have successfully provided optimal solutions to a quite diverse clientele.
